Well you'd obviously know there's not one in your ear anyway because there's not one in your ear.

My shoes have got this great feature so you know one had come off of whereby IF one comes of, the cumulative grip is lessened between both feet.

I 've also got a t-shirt that you can tell isn't on, because you can feel you're not wearing it any more because you can't feel it and you're a bit cooler

In ear headphones never seem to fit in my ears properly and always end up falling out, which is a bit gooseberry fool as I can't use over ear ones thanks to my wheelchair headrest getting in the way.

I much prefer speakers but the option of private listening would be nice on occasion.

I am sure you could probably get them moulded to your ears for a reasonable amount of money given your circumstances. Have you tried flange or foam earplugs? They are much better for staying in and you can replace them, any proper set of in ears has replaceable buds. Also the type where most of the driver is external they actually sit in your ears a bit like a character sitting in a crescent moon and so pushing them back in occasionally isn't as annoying as them falling out and swinging about places.

But then a replacement case would be another £69 so it would be £207 for a complete set and if you purchase the replacement single air pods I think they match them to your original serial number

Wait, the case costs more than a very decent set of wired headphones? Jesus.

The case has a battery that charges the EarPods and it’s going to be compatible with their wireless charging pad thing.

I don’t think the current cases (like the one I have) will work for wireless charging, they will be realising a new AirPods case, on the photos it shows a battery indicater light on the front of the case,
