Saturday is my market day. They're open all week except Sunday; as a working man I can only get there on the Saturday.

Pineapple is great, pineapple on pizza is great, not the best but it goes well with the bacon that normally comes with pineapple pizza.

I think pineapple, whilst awesome in its own right, works better on the fatter, Chicago style dough pizzas. Whereas on the thin and medium dough styles, the water content of the fruit spoils the texture of the pizza.

Pineapple isn't supposed to be eaten, that's why it's got no obvious way to open it.
