PostPizza: How do you roll?

I was just replying in another topic there about my last purchase. It was a Domino's Large Pizza (shared...) with the dominator base, BBQ sauce and chicken.

I described it as sex in food form. Fantastic sex.

Domino's:

Dominator Base
BBQ Sauce
Chicken

DONE.

...and...SHOOT!

EDIT: Where is the Gordan Ramsey pic that always get's bashed about here. I couldn't find it.

Chicken's a must have, the rest is up to debate.

I do eat far too much pizza though. I feel like ordering one tonight now. Large, of course.

You spelt Domino's wrong!

However, mine too would be Domino's, but for me a Mighty Meaty. It's absolutely perfect. Domino's are clearly the best pizzas in the UK (available around the country), but apparently in the US they are one of the worst. This makes me want to visit the US even more. x

Point taken. I concur with your statement. Pizza Hut is a strawberry floating grease mess.

Very very simple. Very very effective.

I called off his players' names as they came marching up the steps behind him....All nice guys. They'll finish last. Nice guys. Finish last.

My usual habit is to buy the Tesco/Asda/Morrisons/whatever Four Cheese Pizzas, they're usually about 3 for £5. Then I just buy assorted meats and chuck whatever I fancy on them. The saving in the long run is quite noticeable, and the pizza still tastes fantastic.

I am disgustingly unconcerned by pizza particulars. With pizza, anything goes bar size; there's no point getting a small one!

This is a good idea, and always works well. Have you ever tried making your own pizza, base and everything? It's quite an enjoyable experience, mine must have been about 2 inches thick, half of that being the crust because I messed it up. Still tasted awesome though. x

Thin crust with pepperoni/salami and onion. Any other toppings are non-essential. Pineapple, tuna and olives will not be tolerated in any form.

How do you get an egg on to a pizza like they do in restaurants? Do you need to make the pizza from scratch, or can you plonk it on top of a pre-made one with some other toppings? I tried it once but it didn't work.

Yeah tried it once about a year ago, made a bit of a hash of it but it still tasted pretty good. It's very fulfilling as well, you sit back with a full stomach, content and thinking to yourself "yeah, I made that".

Margherita.

The tomato sauce is made by sauteeing onions, tomato puree and garlic in olive oil. And then adding passata and basil. Salt and pepper and a dash of sugar to take the edge off the tomatoes.

Base, very thin, freshly made usiing Italian OO flour and some semolina flour, yeast, olive oil and of course water.

Cheese wise, buffalo mozzerella, some ricotta and some parmesan.

I like lots of things: the more toppings, the better. I don't think I have a particular favourite, but I hate pizzas overloaded with peppers.

I like the regular ones with the thick crust and my favourite toppings are the 'hot and spicy' toppings. Last time I went there I got one as described and one with a thin crust and tuna topping - which my boyfriend and I both split 50/50.

No better way to start your weekend than eating a pizza while watching TV!

Freezer pizzas, yeuch. I don't hate them, but we're talking takeaway pizza here.

The added price is offset by having a small man in slightly baggy trousers turn up on your doorstep in the dead of night just to carry it for you. :)
