That's weird, "k" and "t" sound very different in most dialects. Where are you from? Is it a common pronunciation there?

Is it weird that I pronounce scwun differently depending on who I'm talking to?

Am I the only who pronounces scwun both ways? As in (s)cone and (sc)one? It's never something that's really bothered me but for some reason it really gets on some people's nerves, due to that I'm more inclined to pronounce it the way they don't like it

It's the eponymous green gecko most places so doesn't surprise me lol. Name is simply Giant Day Gecko. Or phelsuma madigascareincis grandis. As it happens the gecko I liked most when I was a kid and so origin of my username since about 2002 :toot:

That's such a cynical branding. Anyway I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I don't believe that's a genuine RichardUK photo, there's no Union Jack in it. Did you even buy the cake?

Well my weekend plans have failed (slightly), radiators came off and were drained/cleaned inside via the hose but getting the two way valve off is something I sadly don't feel confident doing. I've got the nuts undone either side of the valve so it's free moving but there's a large amount of copper piping going into the valve and next to no flex in the pipes surrounding it. If I was more confident I'd probably give it a go but I think I'll have to concede defeat and let a professional take over
