Play.com returns

I ordered one of these from Play and received it about three weeks ago, when I opened the bag it came in the box looked as though it had been run over, it was torn open and over half the contents were missing, I've sent three "emails" through the returns section of their site but no-one has contacted me, I'm actually getting really pissed off about it.

Anyone had any trouble with them before? What should I do?

I don't know about returns, but I just called them up when one of my items didn't arrive. They sent me a new one free of charge, after refunding me. Make some noise about it on the phone and see what they say.

Call them up, a phone call can't be dismissed as easily as an email. It's simple: "Hi I bought Mega Bloks: Halo Wars: Battlefield (Gauss Hog / Hawk / Banshee Vehicles) because I'm cool and some of the Mega Bloks: Halo Wars: Battlefield (Gauss Hog / Hawk / Banshee Vehicles) were missing, how do I proceed?" and if you have no luck then you know what to do...

I didn't realise Play.com had gone anywhere in the first place.
