Never going to understand the 'dudebro' stuff about Giantbomb. They are nerds of the highest order.

This week's bombcast has all of them (including Jeff) going on about how great Splatoon is.

I'm sure they'll all shouting over each other that you can't understand anything anyway.

Floex if you know nothing about the Bombcast you really should refrain from saying anything about it.

What, because I dont agree with the majority here about Bombcast? How about I'll say what I like thanks. Every time I've listened it's far too much shouting over each other and boring stories that last an hour before the show actually begins. Take the E3 specials, it's just a loud mess. Some people like that, some don't. I fall into the latter.

Well the E3 specials are a lot of shouting over each other. That's mainly down to there being about 20 people in the same room, though.

I really love the giant bomb cast my favorite bits are the crazy stories and the e mails. The gaming stuff is a bit secondary to my enjoyment.

This week's Idle Thumbs is the straw that broke this particular camel's back, can't stand those insufferable wanks any more. They take making judgements on things they haven't seen or played to incredible extremes, even for the internet.

I really can't stand Bombcast, i gave it a go a couple of years ago for quite a few episodes and it just wouldn't click with me, it was usually to long, not funny or interesting and just not that appealing. It seems to have a good following though so fair enough, in fact i did give up on quite a few U.S based podcasts a couple of years ago as they were all kind of the same and a bit dull.

Highly recommend Bonfireside Chat for Demon's Souls/Dark Souls/Bloodborne fans. They play through the games and each episode concentrates on a specific area.

Dark Calls is really good as well, especially if you liked Joypod.
