Someone on that show has an mic that sounds like absolute gooseberry fool compared to everyone else. Makes it really hard to listen to, especially whenever he shouts.

Never listened to 8-4 Play before but I had nothing to listen to at the gym so I downloaded it. I thought it was pretty good, but the Hype train song (although it was cool at first) got boring after the 20th time.

If you're thinking of listening to the comedy button this week....don't.

What happened?

I'm a little behind. I was awoken to something I never thought about before with Brian's story about his plagiarized tweet 2 episodes back. Really fascinating subject.

Decided to listen to it. Apart from the 15 minute religion/bible talk from the guest ( :dread: ) I thought it was a good ep.

Podcast Beyond carried on the grand 1UP tradition and did a massive poolside E3 podcast with a ton of guests from Ashley Johnson and Troy Baker and members of the UK IGN team like Gav and Luke. Huge fun and inevitably they all get trashed. Loads of Brian Altano and Max Scoville too, and I'd listen to anything those two hosted

Just thought about other podcasts seeing this thread and if you like Jim Sterlings work which i do then his own podcast the podquisition is very good. It always has random chatter but i like that kind of stuff mingled in with gaming chat. IGN Beyond podcast is also still very good and has been for a little while hosted now by Max Scoville , Brian Altano Marty Sliva .

So glad I dropped Idle Thumbs and picked up Beyond. Tempted to leave the Bombcast behind now too, enjoying the Beastcast much more.
