Everyone was on the PTS build over weekend, took seconds to find a game on that, even on FPP.

Nah I'm talking about yesterday and today.

Just fired up a squad match on PC and got a Chicken Dinner but I was down during the last kill :x

And my only kill of that match..

I think the one of the reasons for it taking so long is that Xboners prefer playing in TPP rather than FPP which I've just proved to myself by first selecting FPP and it wouldn't join a lobby, switched to TPP and instant join and countdown.

Have you noticed a difference in the skill level of other players going from PC PUBG to console PUBG, KjGarly?

I have never won a Chicken dinner on the PC, my best being a 3rd place. Yet my mates who play on Xbone tell me they are winning games fairly regularly.

It might just be that I'm rubbish :)

Re-installed this last night. Fancied giving it another go since there has been quite a few updates.

Is there a GRcade PUBG team/meet up you guys do?

It's true though, it finds FPP games fast enough but they take longer to fill up which is a pain, and if you pick TPP it's instant, really annoying because FPP is the best way to play, no chicken sh*t camping behind stuff while being able to look around, the only down side (if it even is one) is that generally on Xbox at least, the FPP players are a step up skill wise in comparison to TPP.

We've been in a house one of the final circle and a crack squad with the efficiency of a swat team has cleaned us all out with flash bangs, grenades, covering all exits, crazy gooseberry fool. That said we did win some doing some cool gooseberry fool.

Sunday night it was us 4 against another 4 player squad and they where in the woods, we ran down the hill picking them off, took up flanking positions at the tree line and destroyed them to a chicken dinner, none of it was planned, we just knew what to do cos of extensive play time. Saturday night, me and my mate were left v a full squad, we had no scopes on our rifles just sights but luckily they seemed to think we were somewhere else, I shuffled out of a tiny shed while lying down and they all camping behind cover to our right, another chicken dinner in FPP, in miramar!

Definitely easier to kill someone on Xbox, they just don't have the precision of PC K&M players, who even I have trouble going up against because I'm so used to using a controller. Now I need to get used to it on Xbox, 30fps and below (And yes it does go below that on X) and I can't get used to long range rifles at all on Xbox its like the bullets float. Still, I played it for about 4-5 hours straight on Xbone today :slol:

First go on PUBG mobile ended wth 3 kills and 3rd place which easily beats my X1X record. Obviously the aiming is complete bollocks but it's very impressive for what it is.

I don't play PUBG a lot on single player, can't see myself ever getting one tbh, just cos I can't see myself not playing at least duo's with a mate. Literally every night at least 2 of our squad are playing it.

As far as DF video is concerned, to me it 'feels' locked 30 bar the odd molotov or explosions. Dropping from a plane has basically no gaming impact so that doesn't bother me that it's nearer 20fps, I find it odd that driving at 25fps and the game running between 28-30 fps generally saying it has a long way to go surprising. I can't tell the difference between 28 and 30, the crazy thing was the more detailed towns on Xbox, really weird.

From what I understand is the PC version was updated to remove 'clutter' from the towns and the Xbone version is behind the PC's even the PC's menu is so much better now after the last major update (being able to select what maps you want to game on etc) definitely doesn't feel locked at all @ 30fps so far from it in fact and its dropping when running through buildings etc.

Don't think I'm slating it, just being honest and since I got the X last week and started playing the game last weekend on the X I've put more time into it than the PC version. Never really had anyone to squad up with so had to solo it or get lumped with randoms but starting to build up friends who play it from teaming up with them so hopefully more squad games.

Got my first ever multi-vehicle kill. 3 guys in a land rover try and run me down and gun me down, got me to the last drop of health and swing around to finish the job so I let rip with an M416 and the car blows up within an inch of hitting me killing all 3 :datass:

I know you're not slating it man but it's come a LONG way from its launch where I said in this thread that no one should get it yet, in fire fights it was like a slide show, incremental updated improved but there was a big jump about a month ago so being used to it being pretty bad it plays really well.

The majority of the game is 28-30fps and I don't notice the drops, the main improvement though was keeping the framerate the same in firefights and it's succeeded largely in this area. I think Mirimar will hit main game lat next week as this latest test has no changes since last week and its running a final bug test.

Just had my 2nd go of the mobile game. Other team members died fannying about in a car, I won a chicken dinner with 12 kills running all over the map :datass:

They've actually done a better job with the mobile game I think :slol:
