Player Unknown's Battlegrounds [PUBG] - Xbox-PS4 Cross play is Live.

Damn console version will take some getting used to just had my first game and got 1 kill. Definitely looks like arse though compared to what I'm used to on PC, 30fps was solid but again I'm used to 60 though I can see why its capped at that on the X as it's a multiplayer only game so wouldn't exactly be fair to those with Povo Ones.

I presume the motion blur and other shenanigans will be added in time.

Double click left stick to auto run and use play style B to make it more like a normal FP shooter on console. Hold RB to look around.

Just started the PC version and it's got a 10GB update. No more Miramar 8-)

Have they increased drop rates in a recent patch? Played some squads last night and was finding SCAR's, M4's and all kinds of scopes in pretty much every other house. Game was much more enjoyable.

Xbox or PC? Definitely not on PC as there were times yesterday were I struggled to find anything decent but on Xbone you come across decent weapons more often.

Download PTS Client Man, it’s handy enough, scopes are same as PC now.

Search for Battlegrounds in store and you’ll find a PTS (Public Test Server) version. It’s free if you own PUBG.

Right now it’s randomly choosing between Miramar and Erangel plus better scopes and helpfully on screen buttons for everything. Both maps are running perfect. I am getting the play-dough buildings on X1X for the very first time but it only lasts a few seconds at start.

Very important you pick controller preset B it means when you hold down left trigger it looks down sights, use LB tho in Third person if they close.

You talking about the 3x, 5x and 6x scopes? Yeah the seem plentiful. Also adrenaline shot is now available to find as loot on the ground rather than put luck with a loot drop.

No, they coming but the reticule is more realistic, with colouring and depth of field.

Wanted to play a quick game last night on PC and ended up having to Down Load a 10Gb Patch

Patches are getting ridiculous in size.

Couldn't join Photek seeing as I never bothered with the PTS (which has downloaded now) and ended up duo'ing with a Scot who I'm guessing was a girl. We were just looting buildings then I'm being told a random story of how one day his/her mum, sis and sisters boyfriend Jack were having a smoke and flicked a cig outside which landed on a carpet they left outside as they were redecorating and then their house went on fire :lol:

After a good few games it just stopped working and we couldn't join any game at all and even restarting the game didn't help

Mate shot a guy off a motorbike from quite a distance.

I did use Xbox DVR then created the gif from my uploaded vid :fp:

Anyway one major annoyance for me with this on Xbox is its so damn slow at starting a game, takes ages joining a lobby then waiting for 95 people to join before it starts the countdown.

On PC it's as good as instant once you join a lobby which itself is instant, timer starts very quick then.
