Had another game just now. Was on 8 kills quite early in the game while my team mates were on 1 each was chasing down a guy and 1 of my team mates knocked me out with a vehicle and while the other was reviving me the twat in the jeep ran over me again killing me
Ended up buying it on PC. Runs fine apart from the shitty lag problem of it just freezing for a split second then carrying on. Actually had a better experience on the mobile game though
Downloaded this phone version as I don't have an Xbox and it's really enjoyable yeah the controls are a bit of a pain but the game runs real smoothly and for free you can't grumble.

almost my first kill which was then cut short so quick
Other clown left alive on my squad decided to try reviving me while the player who downed me casually walked in and gunned us both down while laughing his head off
First time since Alien Vs Predator 2 and Max Payne 2 I've tried using K&M (Those 2 are the only ones I remember playing on PC and never owning a pad of any kind for it in the early 2000's) Think with PUBG I may need to stick to K&M rather than use a controller profile..
Still playing this with mates lots, we are having a few 'dispute's though. 2 of the lads treat this like Call of Duty and will actively try to run and gun it. It can be successful but the amount of times they ran into building to get executed was starting to grate. Not least cos I tell them EVERY TIME to chill, throw a grenade in or co-ordinate better, also if circle is closing in just run.
Also the loot obsession by one of my mates has me losing my rag. landing in a town by the coast an entire 4 man squad landed on the other side, we looted all our 'side' and mate ventured over to their side, noticing doors open, houses looted. I kept saying leave it and sure enough he was downed and we all had to run over into ambush situations, this happened 3 times in a row, the same guy gets downed looting dead bodies while an active fire fight is going on all around him. It triggers the F out of me to be honest.
Yeah knew there were a group around, watched as a group of 3 moved into the small circle so wandered around and spotted 1 lying there healing. His mates tried killing me but I backtracked and they were killed by another group who later got me.
I don't care about K/D to be honest. I enjoy the looting and fire fights in this so much that on the stats side of things I don't really care.
Having said all of that, stats will all be reset on Xbox before its final release. Watched a few streams of the new smaller map and I don't like it to be honest. I guess having all 3 in rotation would be great along with the mountain snowy fourth one but Erengal and Mirimar look to be better than the new savage map.
I don't know, smaller might be better because a lot of the time when you jump out at other squad members marker placements there's nothing worse than being on the complete opposite side of the map from where the safe zone is.

It's going through QA testing now.
It's initially going to launch on an Xbox test server which I believe will be free to anyone who owns PUBG to play. I don't know when but id guess it'd be in the next couple of weeks.
I tried the new map last night, only had a few rounds and I quite liked it. Conversely I really dislike the desert map.
It has a ton of issues, and because of those issues people leave it as soon as it appears, then most the plane drops to the central locations Pecardo or Hasa. Then you are left with around 30 people after 5 mins. It just makes the mid game dull.
Why do people drop in the middle? Well part of it is that they want to finish quickly, but mainly there is the difficulty navigating the map. Without the sea it feels loads bigger, so you need a vehicle, and good luck finding one.
Okay you find a Vehicle, huzzah, now there are the region specific ones, the van, or the bronco. First of all the roads are awful so you will be driving off road, now you have the incredibly unstable bronco driving on incredibly uneven off road, you will bounce, spin and crash..... Or you have the Van, stable, but slow, and god forbid you try to drive up any incline in one. You become a literal sitting target (but again probably wont get shot as there is no one about)
