For starters, most of my stuff wasn't going to the cloud storage because of a bug with NBA2K14 that made it create a new save every time I did something in the game. So my storage was full for months and I had no way of knowing. So I had to manually upload every save, one game at a time, then download them in the same fashion. But it won't let you download saves for games you haven't got installed, so I have to wait for everything to finish before I can dedicate 20 minutes or so to downloading all the saves.

I don't have the box, but they said it would require an internet connection when they announced the game and nothing has been said of that being changed since.

Sony should be praised for making the hardware process so easy. Highly recommend it if you can afford it. Software not so much, in the same boat as jiggles now got to reload all the gooseberry fool I bought and insert all my disc games.
