Think the feeling is if this doesn't sell well then there won't be another.

Interested in these games for the fact that people who normally don't like these types of games seem to praise the series. What is it about this series?

This worries me because surely it won't sell that well simply because people have already played the game on PS3 and/or PC. Buying it at a much higher price for a second or third time? It's surely going to sell less than a new sequel would.

They announced Yakuza 0 off the back of Yakuza 5, without Yakuza 5 having yet having gone on sale. I think they'll see enough interest in Valkyria to go forward with western releases.

Wasn't Valkyria Chronicles III a PSP game?
If you want to see a remaster of that, then copy paste this tweet:
@giocorsi @VitaVote Valkyria Chronicles 3: Unrecorded Chronicles #BuildingTheList

Also, there's another Valkyria game announced too. But it won't be like previous versions (and Japan only, for now): http://kotaku.com/first-details-about-t ... 1743217423

So now that The Witness has come out, which I believe was one of the games shown during the PS4 launch (is that right?), it got me thinking of other games shown at the time that have since slipped off the radar. One in particular grabbed my attention back then, I think it was called "Deep Down", and it seemed to be a swords and shields game with a big dragon etc, but then also some weird future technology ala Assassin's Creed. Whatever happened to that?

What other games that were shown at launch/early days that so far haven't been shown much since then?

Capcom's Deep Down was still being worked on according comments made by Ono last year.

Below (XB1) and Hyper Light Drifter (multi) are other games announced a number of years ago but have yet to be released.

Came out of rest mode and *bam* there's the Spotify app sitting amongst the other tiles. (I never use Spotify, so it shouldn't have been there.) Anyone else had that happen to them before?

Yep, I blamed my wife for using it....I owe her an apology.

Patches push the games and apps to the front of the line.

Is there a way to delete disc data without also removing that game's DLC? That's really strawberry floating dumb if not.

I very much doubt that as it probably overwrites part of the game install. You'll have to download the DLC again if you want to re-install the game at a later date.

Does it occur even if the app is a deleted one?

I usually get updates when I go to start the app/game. Maybe it happened because I was in rest mode.

You are expecting too much. How do you think the DLC works? It can't sit magically outside of the main game, it has to integrate which means certain original files need to be replaced. This isn't a Sony thing, it is a "any developer" thing.

There's a setting somewhere in the menus that allows your PS4 to download stuff it thinks you might like or something in rest mode. Maybe you have that turned on?

I'm almost sure I've been able to do it on every other platform at one time or another.

Pretty sure the xbox separates the game and DLC so you can uninstall the game and not DLC if you need too.

Fabian Delph is a banana split.

I think you can download the DLC and have it sitting there waiting for to be installed if the main game isn't installed. Thats what happened for me with Star Wars Battlefront when downloading the Jakku DLC.

'Pre-orders coming soon'.

There's so much wrong with that sentence I barely know where to start.
