Any idea when it reached 100m? I remember it selling well up until about Xmas 2010, then sales just dropped off a cliff when third party support dried up. It was a really fast burner and people got bored after 4 years.

It's popularity had significantly deteriorated by that stage though; the peak sales years were 2009 and 2010.

I dunno, it's sold 17 just to Jawa...

I've just got the one Wii U . I would like to get another as the machine starts to disappear, but we'll see. I certainly contributed to the 24m Xbox sales, though - five of 'em . ( ).

This list of console sales throws up a few interesting points. I didn't know that...

Certainly evidence that the XBO is not closing the gap, in the UK at least. Will be interesting if we see US figures for December to see if the story is the same there.

Apparently so. It's close and hard to confirm 100% as Sony stopped issuing official sales figures for the PSP, but apparently the GBA series sold 81.51m and the PSP series 82m.
