PostPokemon cards - better sold as a set or individually?
by KK » Thu Aug 13, 2015 1:44 pm

I have a load of Pokemon cards from the late 90s/early 00s, including a load from Japan, and I was just wondering if they're better sold individually or as a job lot? Only the original set is complete, I believe. There's got to be about 1000 cards in total. I have no recollection of it, but some appear to be from the deathly horrible 1st film too.

Anyone sold their collections? How much did you get?

It is a great film!

I wish I still had all my Pokemon cards, they wouldn't be worth anything but they would be fun to play with :D

Was it the bit where it played 'Don't Say You Love Me' by M2M or the bit with 'We're a Miracle' by Christina Aguilera?

(I didn't even have to look that up).

@KKLEIN Pokemon cards have no market value anymore, after "the kids" moved on to the next 'fad', which was (of course) meth #outofdate #getwiththetimes #commonrareshiny #deliciousmeth

@KKLEIN If you'd like, I will happily pay you the sum of £2.99 (for postage costs) and you can ship those cards to me, where I will dispose of them #bargain #nobrainer #wowaturoffer #hashtag

@KKLEIN If you don't, I'm afraid I shan't proceed with calling off the relevant authorities, who have already been notified of your intention to sell your cards to kids in exchange for meth #badman #kkklein #drugsarebadmmmkay

You're just all jealous that these Pokemon cards are going to buy me a vindaloo this weekend. I hope your curry house is CLOSED.

If you have any shinies with the first edition badge in mint condition then you might have some cash there. If not, I hope the curry house is pretty cheap.

I'm interested in these if you decided to get rid btw. Been trying to put together a collection of the first gen cards from base set all the way up to the gym leader cards.
