Do you guys want a permanent trade, or would you accept one just to get it in your Dex?

I need a Diancie, if anyone just happens to have a spare one somewhere. I missed the event over here.

I managed to trade for a Mew which is apparently an event (10th Anniversary of Gold/Silver). Is there any way to tell if it's legit or fake?

I heard that you will be able to complete the national dex using just x/y and ruby/sapphire. If so they must have a fair few legendaries in ruby/sapphire or are planning a lot of distribution events

Couldn't give two gooseberry fools about the Gengar, already got one anyway, but really wouldn't mind picking up Diancie. Is it a serial code handout? Might get my brother to nip in and pick one up for me....

I presume you ask them to turn on the wifi and you download it to the cart. That's how it normally works.

It's going to be a code you have to ask for.

To cut a long story short, I was bored and a little drunk last night and got thinking about Mew. I was on ebay already and found what was claimed to be a legitimate Gold/Silver 10th Anniversary Event Mew for Au$3 so thought why the hell not. Paypal messed up and I ended up paying twice, so now have in my possession two Mews.

However, the ease this was achieved worries me slightly, but everything I've looked at online points to these being the real deal. Is there anyway to know for sure? And if so, and I was looking to trade my spare, what kind of trade should I be looking for?

As a bit of further info I looked it up here http://www.serebii.net/events/dex/151.shtml and compared it to mine on pokemon bank and it seems to match up... Could this be the real deal?

Supachiz, I imagine your Mew is probably cloned?

In the tangled web of Pokemon rules, this pretty much means it is legit are - it legally exists in-game (it hasn't been meddled with, altered to get different moves or better stats). Cloning is still somewhat frowned upon, as people don't see it as catching one through legal means.

The good news is that it is impossible to tell really if a Pokemon has been cloned. Indeed, once you level it up once, it won't even be the same as the monster it was cloned from.

Are all event pokemon identical anyway or do they have different stats/natures?

Cloning is a good way of getting event Pokemon that are long gone. It is pretty much the same as going to the event itself.

Does anyone do a similar sale for Diancie? May just buy one for a few quid.

In the UK the Diancie event doesn't start until November 6th so no codes until then
