Yeah this update has made things more enjoyable. By visiting the stop near work, I get enough balls from the bonus to catch a few mon a day. And I've also seen a big change in the variety of mon I see.

Travelodge I was staying last night had a pokestop right next to it. The amount of stuff I got from it the first time I used it after the update

Tried it this morning and it only seems to show Pokemon near pokestops. Closest one to me is about 10-15 minute walk away and it was just showing what was near that and nothing else. Surely they've not strawberry floated over non-city folk again?

I saw Pokemon Gold and Silver trending and thought it may be a virtual console thing, when I saw it was this I was really disappointed.

Yeah I'm still playing, also level 27. I have a 5 minute walk to the bus stop in the morning and getting the daily pokestop/first catch bonus on the way is now part of my morning routine. The new update sounds good

And finally Gen 2 is live on Android and IOS. It's actually exciting and fun to play again as new things are everywhere. Hopefully Gen 3 will be within 6 months not a year later.

New pokemon everywhere! Don't forget there are new eeveelutions as well.

Caught a few newbies today.

The idea of hatching to catch more zubats fills me with sadness though.

Hopefully when I visit Newcastle on Wednesday I'll get a ton of poke spots and a good dose of newbies.

I truly wish they'd let me buy incubators that don't expire. As hatching is great fun but not one egg at a time.

About time for the legendary Pokemon. Hopefully more shiney ones and gen 3 will be here soon enough. I'm level 30 and still enjoy the game, but it's very rare I see something new or even that I need to catch.

Dunno if anyone has noticed, but they've added more pokes tops and changed some old ones to gyms.

Anyone been playing this today? Somehow caught both Lugia and Articuno.

I don't think I've had a gaming experience like today before. Going to raid battles and teaming up with groups of twenty other strangers, it's odd. The whole thing must look so weird to people not playing Pokemon.
