They stack, thankfully. You don't even need to unlock the legendary, it will keep counting up the total of completed quests and then you can unlock the legendaries at any point. Have to go through the entire speech with the NPC for each legendary though, which is a bit tedious.

That’s even better then, I’ll just keep doing quests for ages then and hope I’ve unlocked all the Scarlet ones by the time I’ve hit 12k BP.

Edit, up to about 8K now.... to get all the guest trainers to visit 3 times you need another 12K :fp: I'll be happy just with the starters to be honest!

Edit, another hour and another 1.5K on the clock, really doesn't feel like the best thought out idea really, at least on Violet I'll only have to do all the Legendary Pokemon quests, how hard is it to get the 3 that you can only get in multiplayer?

Finally hit 12K BP this morning, unlocked all the starters which I'll be catching next, then I've unlocked the 13 solo legendary Pokemon for Scarlet, not that I need any of the legendary Pokemon at all, think except 4 or 5 of the mythical I've got probably at least 2 of everything else, a lot more of some of them.

I'll definitely be adding a Serperior to the box for raids though, need to find it in the Savannah Biome though.

Random other question, is Mochi a better way of EV training than vitamins? No idea how many you get from a run really, I was awful at it so imagine I'll be playing the mini game on easy so might not get that much to be honest.

I’ll probably sweep the entire area and see who I’m missing afterwards before looking where the well hidden few are.

You can skip them by paying like 10BP if you get one you don't want.

The red ones cost 50BP to re-roll, the others cost 10, I have no plans to do any more of the tasks since unlocking all the staters, could have done something a bit more interesting to unlock the starters and legendary Pokemon but they thought this was the best option.

Edit, nearly got all the starters now (taken longer as I need 3 of each of the buggers), the catch rate for them is so low, just got Torchic and Litten to go, got one extra Snippy too.

All the starters evolved, which took an age, got my Tera raid Serperior set up as well, it won't be perfect for soloing some 6* raids you're weak to, but I've done a few 5* poison ones tonight with little issue, just about managed to solo a 6* Polygon-Z with it as well after getting lucky on my second try with tri attack not freezing me for a while.

Edit, very nearly done with this outside of a couple of trade evolutions, then I'll need to move onto Violet to trade across the few exclusives from that. Wonder how long the epilogue will be thats out on the 11th of January.

Edit, everything traded into Violet now, going to hatch a Snivy in Violet and get that trained up for raiding in this as well, will change its Tera type when I can. Just need to get the Violet paradox exclusives now.

Edit, Dex completed in both games, just need to quickly go through the actual story content for Violet now, will leave that for anther day though.

Just about done with Violet now as well, done all the story stuff, now just getting enough stupid quests done to unlock the Violet legendary Pokemon, might finally have chance to play something else on my Switch while I wait for the epilogue to come out on the 11th.

Edit, all unlocked on Violet, think I'll leave it a bit before going back to catch them all though.

I'm not connecting my game to the internet until I have a full shiny Eeveelution group. And then a few extra just because. Managed to get another shiny Eevee after about four outbreaks a few days back, and I'm hoping another few hours will get me all I need.

Oh wow you're still not done with that? I ended up finishing that and getting one of every of the dragons too. :slol:

I'd gave it a break while playing the second part of the expansion, then left it even longer with playing other games. Now, I'm back to it. At least once every few days.

Think this epilogue was written by the same people who did the wonder seed sections in Mario Wonder

Epilogue done on my Scarlet save, what a bizarre little last bit to finish it off, shows that Scarlet and Violet probably have one of the strongest set of characters we've had in a Pokemon game though and even in a short epilogue, everyone got a little bit of screen time.

Does anyone know if the DLC for SV works like it did in Sword and Shield? Where even on a second Switch user you could access the DLC and transfer stuff in/out of Home, want to play through them again but not sure if I want to not be able to do raids or get the final mythical again as for some reason thats a mystery gift event :fp:

Saw a neat tip for breezing through the games (if you just wanted to rush them and get duplicate legendaries), start a fresh save, move whatever Pokemon you want to use (and a Ditto) into the fresh save on the second profile, hatch some, send them back to your main game, train them to level 100 and basically just steamroller the game as they'll be the same ID as your trainer in the game, bit of a chore to get it set up but if you want to play through them again with the aim of getting multiple one time catches (for Scarlet players, getting another paradox Entai/Raikou is worth it probably).
