Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet | NSW | DLC’s available now!

Ideally, what we have now would be a normal mode, what we sound to be getting could then be considered a hard mode (by Pokemon standards), there is no reason (other than GameFreak don't want to) not to have difficulty options in Pokemon now.

Hisuian Samurott is back as a 7 star raid for the next two weekends.

Edit, Miraidon seems by far the best bet, did it first time with it on Scarlet, now for my Violet copy, where I oddly have nowhere near as much luck with Tera Raids.

Last trailer looks very good for the DLC, quite a few freebies at the end as well, although not sure if you need to have bought the DLC to access those or not.

I’m not sure what uses palying as a Pokémon will have though? I mean it’ll be very neat to do, hope the flying aspect works well with your ride Pokémon.

Expecting the next 7 star raid will be a Giratina, 2 stages, first health bar in normal form (hopefully with a 50% shield rather than near 100%), then gets all its life back and switches to origin form to go all attacking. Not sure why we’d get Dialga/Palkia/Darkrai and not the rest if they weren’t going to appear as raids, maybe Shaymin changing forms as well?

Hardest part of the Dialga and Palkia raids was actually joining them :lol:

Managed to do them first time on both games with my support Mew on Scarlet and Mewtwo on Violet which has ice beam. Dialga is the harder of the two, purely because it has steel beam which can hit fairy types hard.

Managed to get the full litwick line shiny in about an hour earlier without a sandwich. Was just killing time and got incredibly lucky lol Just kept running in circles to despawn and respawn them. Actually found 4, but stupidly didn't save before one and it suicided on me. v_v

Wonder how easy it would be to get all shiny starters from the Blueberry Academy terrarium?

Speaking of starters, I really can't wait to be able to use Meganium again, still planning on playing through these again (I mean theres not that much out in 2024 is there? :lol:

), think one game might have a team of my favourite starters if I do, still want to try soloing it with Gholdengo as well.

I do need to find a Dex for it, no idea if anything from the first two dex is making an appearance in the Indigo Disk or not actually.

I don't know too much about Pokémon but this Indigo Disk Blueberry Pokédex may be what you want, Robbo?

Do I need to ask if it performs better? Or just as woeful as the base game and Kitikami? :lol:

Edit, not sure if it does run a tiny bit better than the previous two areas in the game from my first few steps into the Terrarium, my catching two Pokémon are out in force so far, Ogerpon with false swipe and Dachsbun to paralyse stuff, really should train a Breloom up as that would cover both bases :lol:

Barely started the dlc and it gives me a shiny ryhorn

Are the shiny odds better in the indigo disk? About an hour played and found a shiny Trapinch and Venomoth! :toot:

I felt I'd heard the wild battle music before, but couldn't quite place where. But then it's just hit. Unova. It's pretty much the exact same theme as Black and White's wild battle theme.
