I think it's crazy how little crossover there's been between the games and the anime, particularly the remakes. I think this is the closest we're ever going to get.

Just pre-ordered the Eevee version from Amazon. For some reason there's a £15 difference in price between the Pikachu and Eevee Pokeball bundles assuming it's a bit of a misprice. £45 for the pokeball on it's own, though!

It seems like you will be able to battle the legendary Pokemon.

This looks better and better with each trailer battling legendaries will be a good balance between avoiding endless random battles full of spamming the same attacks to grind levels and not having any wild Pokémon battles at all. I'm very keen to see how this pans out in the full game.

Octopath is next on my list to play after Xenoblade but the launch hype of this might change things

Wonder how they'll deal with the HMs? It's going to feel like a really awkward step back if they return to them after S&M.

I have to say that despite being stuck in the grid system, the environments are looking great. And we get double battles, so that's something.

Good catch! Didn't hear it on my first watch but rewatching after reading your comment I definitely heard it, nice little throwback to earlier games.

Games looking really good anyway, wasn't expecting Mega evolution to be in the games at all so it came as a small surprise when I saw it come up in the trailer.

Have they said if Alolan Forms are in this? Ice Ninetails is the best Pokemon, objectively, so it will be a travesty if you can't catch one.

Presume you’ll be able to use Z-Moves too. Extreme Evoboost might help to make Eevee a little less tripe.
