No the event is a free roll no deposit required just need to do it before it reaches full capacity of 1000.

Finally made a set with eights on a board of 9 K 8. A king followed on the turn to complete a full house, but everyone folded to my feeler bet, so obviously nobody had a king. I was prime to double up from that.

Up to just under 3k.

I min-raise w/AA UTG+2 and an aggressive player two seats to my left flats. Everyone else folds, (Blinds are timed out) and we see the flop of 849 rainbow. I fire out about 1/2 the pot and he calls. I push on the 3s turn and he calls with QJhh. River is a harmless 6c and I double up, crippling my toughest opponent at the table.

Gah, I folded king-ten as I was second to act. If I'd called I'd have flopped an ace high straight and at least doubled.

Up to over 4k now. Firstly I managed to hit a flush on the river to gain some. After that I was picked up AJo in my small blind, after almost everyone limped I raised it up to 400, one guy stuck his stack for 900 in, which one other guy called. Flop was QQJ, the other guy and I checked it down, and I made a nice little amount.

Aw, that sucks. Hoping that we'd get a bit of luck and end up as the final three. Still, we're in with a shot. I'm at 5k with only one bigger stack at the table and six players not bothering to turn up.
