You know about Poker Tube right?

I don't think it will be on there right away but I'm sure it will be uploaded in the next few days.

Anyway my money is on Ivan Demidov or the chip leader Dennis Phillips to win.

Drumstick wrote:Yeah, I play quite a bit. My friends and I have a game usually each fortnight, and until this Friday I've always finished in the top two from six runners. I'm looking to maybe find some more live play though. DML, how did you start with the regional thing?

I just got dragged along by someone to one of the pubs in the Southern League in the LivePubPokerLeague. Unbeknowest to them, I love poker and couldnt wait to play - and although their werent many people, I won - and that kinda started me off on trying to reach the Nationals.

I play two pubs a week, and may add a third to add to it nearer the end. I just the banter and the game, and some of the prizes if you reach the final are pretty good as well. I was tenth out in the last final, it had been a torrid day, and I finally had my Queens busted by Jacks!

I play quite a bit online but mainly tournaments and only for small stakes. I've won a couple of 1000+ player tournaments but they're normally only $1 or $2 buy-in so I got about $900 for 1st. I'm going to start moving up to $10 tournaments but with uni-life I don't get as much time to play them now.

I have been playing a few small live games with friends but I don't do very well in those as we haven't been starting with many chips and most of the opponents had never played before so they just play every hand and call every raise. Normally I'd try and wait for a good hand but the blinds are too big to do that so it's mainly comes down to luck.

Is there any way of arranging an online table for a GR game? That would be really cool...

I've not done it before, but I imagine it would be possible.

EDIT: I mainly play at fulltilt and I just found out that you can create a private tournament there. This is the instructions on how to do it: http://pokerforums.fulltiltpoker.com/viewtopic.php?p=62553#62553

I play texas hold em every week at my house. We have between 5-8 players. £10 stake. Winner takes all.
It's pretty good.

Is the WSOP available to stream? I'm having no luck at the moment. :(

If a few more people are interested and we can all agree on a day/time then I'll set it up.

People would have to register with fulltilt or already be a member and we'd also need to agree on the buy-in. I was thinking just $5+0.50 or $10+1, would that be about right?

I'd be up for it, can't remember my FT name though.

I'd have to sign up to FullTilt, but either of those buy-ins would be fine. An evening either on a Sunday or a weekday would suit me.

I can only assume something like AK or 99 anything else would mean a call like 10's J's or even Q's

Has that stream died for anyone else? (Edit: Never mind).

Thinking about it AK makes the most sense given the limp under the gun with the re-raise had it been QQ or KK he would of possibly got it all-in pre-flop in case Demidov wanted a race.
