I don't see him getting in. I reckon the Tories may call another election shortly after Brexit before the effects really hit, and unless he wins that, he's probably too old to stay on as leader.

If he relies on Brexit, he’ll be strawberry floated.

I don't think he'll campaign on it, I just think people in general will be very unhappy with the state of the country. People will want to punish the Tories and will vote Labour because it's the only other practical choice.

Also the Tories saying "the other guy would have done the same thing" isn't a very good argument.

I'm not totally certain, I just think he has a chance because of the current exceptional circumstances.

I know the Tories are utterly incompetent at the moment, but if Corbyn were to mention Brexit they'd soon find enough competence to point out that not only did he not oppose it but at one point he was invoking a three line whip to support Tory Brexit.

I thought I'd read that he'd been 'winning' PMQs recently by attacking the Tories on Brexit, rather than 'Jane from Peterborough has sent me a letter'?

My urge is to try to like Corbyn, because I don't think Corbyn himself is totally "bad". I think he genuinely wants to help people and has put forward some decent policies for doing that, which is more than we can say for literally any Tory. When people listen to him directly I think he even has quite a lot of charisma. But he has such a terrible & infuriating take on Brexit, and he's awful at the marketing side of politics (which, like it or not, is the most important part!), and he's surrounded himself with a team that has niche appeal at best and are actively incompetent at worst. With all that it's hard to pin ultimate responsibility for Labour's terrible polling on anyone apart from him.

But to be completely fair, entrenched and severe bias in the press and media is also a big factor in why he polls so badly. Your typical voter doesn't care about politics that much and their views will be broadly a reflection of their favourite newspaper's or TV channel's, or the prevailing view of their mates (which will have the same source). I'm not even necessarily having a go at them, but I think that's the reality of where "average" (yeah, I know...) people get their views.

A “walk away” no deal Brexit would mean a lack of such things.

For example, walking away would mean we were not members of Euratom, which means no access to the isotopes used in radiotherapy.

Food would still be imported, but we’d be paying tariffs under WTO rules. We already have plenty of food banks, imagine the carnage if food massively increased in price.

As we get closer to Brexit and with no deals in sight, “Project Fear” is looking less like a scare story and far more like a bloody accurate prediction. There’s still time for the government to salvage something from all this, but they can’t agree amongst themselves at the moment, let alone agree anything with the EU.

Aye. No-one is saying "we will have no food and no medicine". What people are worried about is, what if the queue time for radiotherapy goes up by six weeks, or everyone's weekly shop goes up by 30%.

An alleged member of banned far-right group National Action has admitted planning to murder MP Rosie Cooper.

Jack Renshaw, 23, of Skelmersdale, Lancashire, pleaded guilty to preparing an act of terrorism by buying a machete with the intention of killing the Labour MP for West Lancashire.

He is among six men who deny being members of a proscribed organisation.

The Old Bailey jury was told National Action was a "neo-Nazi group" which in 2016 supported the murder of MP Jo Cox.

Renshaw has also admitted making a threat to kill police officer Victoria Henderson.

It's pretty horrifying to think that I'm sat in 2018 UK and pretty much expect that we'll see more MP's subjected to physical violence and potentially murdered as a result of Brexit.
