Those Double Ds started sagging long ago...

On an unrelated point, I thought that opening monologue by Andrew Neil on This Week last night was in really bad taste. No idea who thought that was even remotely a good idea. And then it just carried on! And on. And on...

Why is he asking some bloke that appears to live in Vancouver, British Columbia? And features tweets like...

I was very naive sexually. My first girlfriend asked me to do missionary.
So I buggered off to Africa for six months.

Nick Clegg is moving to the US to work for Facebook:
Facebook hires former deputy PM Sir Nick Clegg

Facebook has hired former deputy prime minister Sir Nick Clegg as head of its global affairs and communications team.

The 51-year-old politician was leader of the Liberal Democrats and formed a coalition government with David Cameron and the Conservatives in 2010.

Facebook has faced intense scrutiny and the threat of government regulation following the Cambridge Analytica data scandal and alleged election meddling.

Several prominent executives have left Facebook in the last year.

Sir Nick is expected to move to the US as part of his new role, according to the Financial Times.

The BBC has contacted Mr Clegg's office and Facebook for a statement.

Well he does have unsurpassed experience and betraying his morals and principles for another evil organisation. Facebook seems a perfect fit for that.

Students will soon have to take out a £9000 per annum loan in order to use Facebook.

Spent so much criticising the US, and Facebook for both its culture and not paying any tax...and then goes to work in the US for that very same company that isn’t paying any tax. I mean, come on.

To top it off, he’ll now be living in one of the most elitist, expensive places in the world.

When people say ‘they’re all the same’, you look at Tony Blair (Labour), David Cameron (Conservative), and Nick Clegg (Illiberal Dems) and, well.
