As it's a Truss edition, this will have to be closed next week.

It's quite difficult to get an eight in Sunak as well.

She is going to hold on for dear life right up to her last breath, she doesn't want the crown of shortest serving PM.

I'm just glad to see this wretched party of banana splits fall in the polls and turn on eachother. Sweet, sweet schadenfreude.

I'm obviously glad to see it happen, but it has also sadly reinforced how reliant on the loss of press support that has been.

This really should be the top news story right now. It's not registering anywhere. IDS is right to call this out.

Also I imagine the CCP will be furious that the police officer went onto their property to retrieve the person being assaulted.

I don't know if she can drag this out until Halloween. She doesn't have the cult of personality behind her that Johnson had which made MPs hesitant. I think things could move very quickly this week.

I don't know what she can do. She is incapable of leading, she is incapable of talking to the media. There is no upside for anyone if she remains in place.

Hunt bringing forward his statement just smacks of a leadership manifesto and not expecting her to see out the two weeks.
