Does anyone have a problem with sound synching with Netflix when putting sound out to a sound system? Through the TV the sound seems fine, but when put out to my sound system there seems to be a very slight delay putting the synching off. Has anyone seen (heard) this and have a solution?

You can usually set the delay for audio over HDMI/coax/optical in the number of milliseconds on your amp settings. Mine has an option for "HDMI Auto" as well which is designed to keep audio and video in sync by having the 2 systems communicate timings over HDMI.

Are you using HDMI for both audio and video through your amp or are you using an optical lead?

Currently I have an optical lead from my TV to my sound system. The problem is, sound from normal TV does synch properly, it just seems to be Netflix that has the problem. I also had the optical lead directly from my PS3 last week and had the same synching problem with Netflix.

It does the same on my soundbar but it's barely noticeable most of the time.

The sound on Netflix for me goes out of synch on the laptop. More so if connected to the TV via USB.
