Boiled potatoes can then be turned into potato salad which is awesome.

It still doesn't beat roasted potatoes, but it is about even with decent deep fried crispy chips.

Roasted. There are so many different ways.

School dinners with lumpy grey mash put me off for many years, along with gristle filled chicken pie made me hate it. But I have come around to 'real' potatoes that have been mashed.
