Microsoft will leave Kinect to third parties only

Hopes:
Wii U comes out swinging, with big game after big game
GTA V will launch day and date with PS3/360/PC
Mass Effect Trilogy announced

Predictions:
Retro Studios will show off a new first person Metroid
Super Mario Bros 4 announced for Wii U launch and will link up with NSMB2
Donkey Kong Country Returns announced for 3DS
F-Zero announced, developed by Monster Games

Those hopes are pretty low.

Come on man, it's like you've given up and aren't even trying any more.

With that said, I really do hope that the Wii U has a good showing. Now that my Wii is dead ( :slol:

), I might be swayed to get a Wii U if there's enough great stuff on there (which there most probably won't be) or it's at a reasonable price (which it most probably won't be).

- Show off Vita/PS3 connectivity replicating everything that's possible on Wii U albeit with less inventive ideas.
- Shows off how a Move controller can be attached to their VR headset for headtracking (demo'd with Killzone 3 and Datura).

Nintendo:
- Shows 2 Mario games, New Mario Bros Mii for launch, and Mario Galaxy 3 for 2013.

Microsoft:
- Windows 8/Windows Phone Xbox features.

I predict that the Microsoft and Sony conferences will be complete crap. Nintendo's will have Shigeru Miyamoto doing something even more ridiculous than waving a master sword around.

Sony will surprise everyone.

And Warp 2 will be announced. Please.
