20 minutes in to Episode 1 and this is pretty mental. I've no investment in the comics aside from reading a couple a few years back so I can't comment on how much it sticks to the source. It's really funny too.

Has anyone found this available on the high seas yet? I checked KAT but got nothing.

Opening scene answers any doubts (if there were any to begin with, that is ) if this adaptation would stick with the supernatural stuff.

Eh, I thought the ending was a bit weak, but overall I enjoyed it. I can see where the first series is going now.

Really enjoyed the first episode, Cassidy is spot on and there were some great moments between the characters.

I read the whole thing when it first came out so I've probably forgotten a lot of the key stuff, but if the series carries on like the pilot then I'll be happy.

I caved in and watched the first episode last night.

I've read about half of the comics and really wasn't expecting too much from this as I'd heard it was more of a prequel.
It turns out that wasn't the case and I absolutely loved it!

They've captured the tone of the comics and in doing so have created a TV show which is quite unique and refreshing.

Thought that was a blinding first episode!

I saw it, burst out laughing and soon after wondered if that was what your spoiler related to.

I was surprised by how early they introduced Odin's meat packing factory storyline, but there's no doubt it caused pacing issues in the comic and this could be better use of that element from the arc...
