A snap election is called but this time you are just voting for a new PM. No worries about local issues or anything else, you are purely voting for a new leader which gives regional leaders a chance. UKIP are excluded as they do not currently have a leader.

Who would you choose?

This is the first time in my lifetime (I'm 25) that I have had any knowledge of politics and not liked the look of a single candidate :dread:

I don't know. Would you really trust him to steady the ship?

He would probably blow all our money on a really expensive wallet.

Jeremy Corbyn.

Aside from the internal bickering in the Labour party and the press doing their utmost to stitch him up he seems to genuinely care about ordinary people and their problems and would probably be a decent PM given the chance.

Looks like amongst GRcade, Nicola Sturgeon is the most popular political leader.

While we know that GRcade doesn't reflect the opinion of the UK, it does make me wonder how well the SNP would actually do if they were to field candidates in the rest of the UK.

I'd vote for him. Can we legally have a foreign Prime Minister? It's like the England manager's position, I don't care what nationality he/she is, just want the best person for the job.

I don't think there are any rules on a foreign born PM, but I think he would have to get UK citizenship first before either becoming an MP or being made a Lord.
