Indeed. If you look at the promo near the end you see micheal talking to him, Persides. You never did see him get killed in season 2. They left it open for anything to happen.

Thought it was a good episode. Stupid. But good.
Linc's plan was brilliant "We jump 'em when they come out". Aye, good thinking.
Also liked the bit with the TV show that Sara was watching. I think it was deliberately put in as a reference to criticisms the show has received - it mentioned stuff about how unbelievable it was putting Michael in the same prison as Linc.

I thought those last two episodes were really good it was nice to see so many old faces and the montage at the end seemed to be a perfect way to finish the show, but then the final scene came and I was like WTF? How can they just show Michaels grave without any clue as to how or why he died? It didn't make any sense and ruined an otherwise excellent end to the show.
Ep22 quality is terrible, might want to download that episode instead.

Oh yeah, I forgot there was another episode on the DVD. Still, it was not a good way to end IMO. It wouldn't surprise me if they had a trailer straight after the episode that said "Buy the DVD and the ending will make sense".

Sky1 are showing The Final Break on Wednesday 27 of May. (links should be available a day or two later)
But yeah, not the best way to end the show.
They really should have kept that reveal for the DVD promo trailer.
