I placed an order with game a few days ago which is not showing up in 'track orders' nor have I received an email confirmation for and customer service don't seem to have any record of it, yet my credit card has been charged :?

Any one else having/had similar problems with them like this?

Speak with your credit card company about it and tell them what happened , as game dont seem to know about it.

Will do.

The guy at GAME customer service didn't seem to know what had happened but assured me it will automatically refund within 10 working days if the order doesn't go through.

I'll give them til the end of December then call the card company if it hasn't cleared up by then.

I'd speak to the card company cancel the payment and re-order.

Yeah, do this. They can probably reverse it right now. Might be trickier the longer you wait.
