Same for the pigs in world one. The quest resets if you leave. A bit annoying.

I cleared Hivory Towers and worlds 1-4 completely today (bar that 1 glitched Pagie :dread: )

Looking forward to getting stuck into the final world. It seems to be a good 'un based on reactions.

Up 135 pagies now. Everything collected in 1-4. Just got a few things to try and track down in 5 and then its the hub world plus end.

Also found pirate treasure in the worlds and activated the toybox secret in the main game. Which seems to do......... not a lot.

Yeah I discovered this also tonight. Its made doubly annoying in 2 because you have to collect the hats again which mean transforming and the you have to be normal Y&L to talk to the snowmen. So transform back. Just a ballache.

You know you can just hold the right trigger to transform back, right? :shifty:

That would have been useful on the final world yesterday

How much time have people put in? I haven't cleared any worlds yet and have only expanded 3 of the 5 and I'm at about 12 hours already!!

I've 22 hours on the clock and about to start world 5.

A lot of that time was spent searching for things, though. If you already knew where everything was you could fly through the game in no time. Looking forward to speed runs of this, actually.

Am I the only one who's been expanding the worlds before I first enter them?

Trying to beat the final Rextro score. Fuuuuuuuuu- One hit does so much. Just now I finished with the exact score. No pagie. :(

Just need 3 quills in world 5 :o

:dread:

Oh God they were hiding in the bogs. :fp:

So that's 141 Pagies now. I know where one is. In the big pipe with air blowing but I'm not exactly sure how to reach that.

I can't even complete it with any score. Goes on forever too.

Yeah its way too long. I kept getting to the last section and taking a hit and loosing my score. The high score is 14000. I got to 18-20000 and clipped one wall near the end. Dropped to about 12000 and I panicked and ended up with about 6000. I did finally manage it last night with 15000. Unfortunately I cant really offer any pointers its just a case of getting good. Just to make sure you do know the left stick allows you to speed up and slow down? Can be handy for the tighter sections.

Anyone had any luck killing underwater enemies on this? Can't work it out.

Loving this so far. It's pretty much exactly what I thought it would be with loads of charm and could be straight out of 1997... but that also includes its flaws. The camera is pretty poor and the gameplay feels a little unresponsive on the whole. I'm really enjoying it though. Currently on the 3rd world - all 3 of which have been great - with about 500 quills and 60 pagies. Done as much of the first 2 worlds as possible with my current skill set, I think.

If you have made it to world 3 you must have the bubble move? When using that stun them with sonar and then hit them. You'll probably have to jump.

Nice! What's your play time clocked at?

Thanks, I've been trying to make bubbles in their path for them to hit into like when you get the hot tub pagie in world 2. Never occurred to me just to kamikaze into them.

Easiest way if you want the related tonic is the world 3 transformation.

Nearly 30 hours I think.

Final boss was pretty good. Last phase was a bit long and it could have felt better to wallop him. Not as epic as Grunty.
