At last I reached the lobby of the cinema. Wiping the perspiration from the visor of my radiation suit I squinted and made vaguely the outline of a man---surely dead. But stepping closer over the glowing shrapnel of some alien machine I thought for a moment I heard, through that thick stale air, its pained wheeze and I realised with panic and horror that the thing still clung to life. Close enough now to recognise its pallor and diagnose its burns---radiation, though a sort our physicists had yet to name---I realised slowly and with great confusion the bizarre mechanics of the scene before me. I could see now that the man's head, arms, and torso, along with tubes filled with light and bulbs that seemed to suck light away, shards of metal, and a great mass of wires, hung from a wall without crack or scratch or damage. The man and his ship were protruding from solid brick.

All of a sudden the sickly creature raised its head and met my eyes. Blood spraying from its mouth even as it made these words, it spoke to me: "I just wanted to see the last thirty minutes of Thor: Ragnarok."

The government men behind me opened fire.

God damn! You need to do your 'choose your own adventure' sci-fi thread again.

When I worked at a cinema we had to kick load of people out because somebody had an epileptic fit. After that we got a ton of people asking to come back to watch the end of the film, don't think we turned anyone away.

Amusement under late capitalism is the prolongation of work.

The trick is to open this thread in a mirror and read that post backwards to Siri, then a list of cheatcodes is revealed, you enter those codes into Google in private browsing mode to get an A-Z list of all the warez on the Internet, but be careful because the list is buggy and some of the links lead back here and then you have to go through the whole process again :fp:

It's either that or the alternative, which I am going to tell you about.

Crimp two RJ45 cable ends onto some cooked spaghetti and hook that from your router to your computer.
