PlayStation (Vita) TV gets an official price cut. £45 at multiple retailers including Argos and Tesco Direct. Or 39.99 if you live near a branch of Smyths.

I'm about 30 hours in and I have loads of Materials, but I'm unsure on what to do with them. Do I need to sell them or what?

Yes. Sell them at the blacksmith guy. Not only will you get cash but he'll use them to make new weapons available.

There was some gaming event over in Tokyo at which Sony announced, as of the last FW update, devs now have 30% more memory at their disposal for Vita games.

They didn't say what freed it up, but GAF posts suggest removal of NEAR and unimplemented social media functions.

Is homebrew a widespread thing on the Vita yet? (For the purposes of playing ROMs you own legally, of course).

is Ratchet and clank hd collection worth getting? Got a £10 Argos voucher and thought about picking this up for £10. Never played Ratchet and Clank properly back in the day, quite enjoyed Jak and Daxter if that helps.

There was something on the older firmwares, but Sony have made the Vitas a right pig to hack after the original PSP's were hacked to bits!

Plus the sum total of Vita homebrew achieved thus far has been enabling PSP homebrew on the PSP emulator. There's absolutely zero native homebrew yet.

Then again, there isn't a whole pile of demand for homebrew outside of emulators. Practically all Vita games are available digitally, for example. Honestly, if you want brew, you'll be better off picking up a used PSP.

Naw, just wondered. I have a cracked PSP that has most emulators on it, but some of them could certainly run better (N64 and Snes to name two: anything involving mode 7, in particular, simply didn't work.)

It was just out of interest, really, but you've answered my questions. :)

Is that any good? Almost seems to good to be true, like there'd almost have to be issues with the hardware?
