I've not started it yet so make sure the £6 is in escrow.

I'll speak to my accountant and get some funds moved around.

Got the Mrs child of light and persona 4 for her vita at Christmas. She's just finished child of light and has been playing persona 4 solidly since yesterday morning.

My work here is done 8-)

ive never played those games myself though.

Memory card chat: grabbed a 32Gb for £40 off Sainsburys back when they sold physical entertainent products. To be honest, don't buy a 32Gb card, import a 64Gb card instead, since you can probably import one from Japan for similar money compared to buying a 32Gb card locally.

Bought the ratchet and clank trilogy earlier. I've never played those ones and don't know if I should play them on the vita, which would be my preferred platform but I'm still sore from how gooseberry fool the vita port of Jak and daxter is, especially as theps3 one is amazing.

Anyone played it on both and care to recommend?

Play them on PS3, the Vita ports are better than the Jak ones, but along way short of the Sly ports.

I still get incredibly upset about the Vita Jak ports.

My favourite game series ever and they screwed up my one chance to play them portably ;-;

In fairness, TPL was playable at least. Much worse than on PS3, but I still finished it. Jak II on the other hand... :'(

I started the first game on vita first as I think it would be hard to got PS3 to vita, and it's actually really good. Up to the 4th planet now and could happily carry on playing

I think I've asked this before (sorry), but do you have to use the rear touch pad to strafe in the R&C vita games? Please say you can re-map them.

What is the best way to rip DVDs onto the Vita? I used to use PSP Video9 way, way back. I used to watch 24 on the commute to work. :datass:

Is there something similar now that'll allow me to create neat, self-contained vid files?

Here's the supported videotypes. So, in other words, converting the DVDs into MP4 using Handbrake will probably do the job.

From memory I don't think you can map them.

What a week for my Vita, I've been playing Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines, which is a really good JRPG, OlliOlli 2 which is better than the original in every way and of course La Mulana EX which is the best Metroid style game since Castlevania SOTN.

Not sure if this has been posted but for anyone who hasn't played hotline miami or doesn't own it on the Vita i was browsing the PSN store under the digital discounts section and had seen that the first one is free to ps plus subscribers and is cross buy.

https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-gb/digital-discounts/cid=STORE-MSF75508-DGTLDISCTS

EDIT:hmm it said free on mine even though i already owned it just for vita, just signed out to check and it's 4 quid . Still worth it i think.

Posted in the bargains thread as well just in case.
