How on earth can the console be that small? A little too early for a redesign, no? Especially for a hugely successful console that's selling well.

I call fake.

Amazing... if true!

Am I looking at it wrong or do the discs slot in the top of the machine when it's standing upright? Seems odd.

EDIT: The first picture doesn't show a PS logo that appears in the next two pics...

Faker than a fakey cake but I hope the eventual PS4 slim does end up looking like that.

You're a fakey cake maker and I ain't got time for you...

Yeah, that top image gives the game away, TBH. All the angles look wrong.

Why go to the effort of faking something and then make it gooseberry fool? :fp:

I don't believe it simply because that thing is ludicrously small for the current standard of technology. It might be possible to produce but not you would not be able to market it at anything close to cost.

the PS4 is a slim machine as it is. It's the Xbox One that needs a slim model, that thing is a beast especially when you have the 2 side by side.

How much could they shave off if they added a power brick?

I've read recently that they have made new 1gb DDR5 memory sticks so that could make some room for improvement as at the moment the PS4 uses 8 512mb memory modules. How much space that would save I have no idea though.

Can't see it being real. Doesn't look as good as the current console, in fact it looks pretty ugly
