banana splits with terrible lives will get to celebrate the wedding of people they’ve never met by staying in the pub longer than usually allowed.

Honestly, round them up and shoot them.

Almost satire.

Look, I'm very happy for them, I think she's fine, and I don't have a problem with the pubs staying open later obviously, but it does feel like a load of rich folk sitting around going 'what do the poor like to do these days?', 'Oh, I know...they like to go to the pub and buy booze n fags'

I'm sure this SUPER SATURDAY will bring in loads to the economy though, which is another reason they're keeping the pubs open. Milking it for all its worth.

I hate this stupid government. Alcohol is bad unless you’re staying out for the Royal Wedding.

Genuinely hoping for a surge in alcohol-related crime that night.

Kinda glad the wedding will be at Windsor, i'm scheduled to be in London that day and it would have been chaos otherwise.

I always seem to miss royal weddings, during the last one in 2011, i was in Bruges and had to watch the repeat showing in the hotel that evening.

Are we getting a public holiday? If not, nothing to discuss.

Yes?

We'll get 1 maybe 2 extra bank holidays for the Queens funeral and an extra for Charles's coronation.

I am happy that people can celebrate for longer but I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t really like the atmosphere of pubs so it’s highly unlikely I will be celebrating in that way

It’s the taste, I have tried many different alcoholic drinks and I don’t like any, I can drink it but I don’t enjoy it

Having spent 8 years in the pub trade most staff will probably hate this extra late hours will not meet extra royal celebration it will keen more piss heads staying around longer and your shift being full of more gooseberry fool to deal with.

Having spent 8 years as a piss-head I can confirm I don't even remember which one's getting married, but will be there.
