Not sure you've singled out Christianity, I'm sure people of all faiths are just as capable of praying for the dead and injured. You big monster.

The vast majority of people offering prayers are just using it as an expression. It's harmless. I just find the idea of badmouthing them for expressing sympathy a bit nasty.

I'm a Christian and it certainly doesn't. The vast majority of public prayers on twitter are for attention and do my head in. Prayer is a predominantly private thing. Meh.
