Sky News I believe.

It takes around 30 people in the police and intelligence communities to keep just 1 person on 24 hour surveillance. It's an impossible task.

Anybody who uses social media to circulate pictures of victims is just helping to create fear, which was ultimately one of the intended goals of the perpetrator.

I understand the need for these things to be reported, but photos/video being circulated is beyond intrusive and counter-productive. Personally, I would not want my image to be sent throughout the world if I was hurt in something like this. It's completely disrespectful to the individuals choice.

My knowledge of counter terrorism and the intelligence community is derived almost entirely from TV shows like Homeland, 24 etc but 30 people to track one person for 24 hours seems excessive to me

Any idea how that actually breaks down, out of interest? I'm guessing physical surveillance is at least two people per shift with three 8 hour shifts a day, then similar for phone/internet surveillance. Then there is probably a ton of record keeping/bureaucracy?

5 person team on the ground minimum is what I heard from a former policeman on TV today.

Third victim named, Kurt Cochran from Utah. He was touring Europe with his wife as part of 25 year wedding anniversary. :(

Edit:

Says on Sky News his wife is in hospital with a few broken bones, not one of the critical victims.

The second victim named Aysha Frade, was walking on the bridge to collect her two daughters, aged 8 and 11, from school. :( :(

Khalid Masood has been named as the man who attacked Westminster on Wednesday, killing at least three people and injuring around 40 more.

Born in Kent, the 52-year-old was known to MI5 and is understood to have acted alone. He was investigated “some years ago” as part of a historic investigation into violent extremism but was a peripheral figure.

His first conviction was in November 1983 for criminal damage and his last conviction was in December 2003 for possession of a knife.

Masood was not the subject of any current investigations and there was no prior intelligence about his intent to mount a terrorist attack.

Well hopefully he'll rot in jail for the rest of his days, assuming he doesn't die from his injuries. Piece of gooseberry fool.

Already certain elements in the press are calling for more draconian policing and a complete removal of any kind of privacy. They don't even pause to show some respect to the victims before using their bodies as a means to advance authoritarian attitudes. Disgusting. Of course, they probably know that if they wait for cooler heads to prevail then reason will always triumph over sensationalism.

I have been largely hearted by the response of the public to the attack. We will not be easily cowed by these kinds of atrocities.

The BBC are doing a nice little puff piece with Teresa May's stale and cold speech last night cut over images of Londoners going about their business today. I'm pretty much disgusted by all the media coverage of this.

Edit: Laura Kuenssberg has such an irritating reporting style.
