My response is probably a bit black and white there, I'm not trying to be all ... puritan or judgey here or anything.

It just seems if people genuinely feel like it is necessary to do these things in order to enjoy themselves then that probably warrants a bit of self-reflection and potentially investigation as to why. A slap on the arse is one thing but truly feeling the need to choke someone until they pass out in order to enjoy yourself? :dread:
