We mass copied a load of OPs when Future shut GR down, and the index was visible for a while after that. Hopefully something similar happens.

I can't say most offshoots last nearly as long as we have (almost 10 years), granted Neogaf was itself an offshoot, but I wish the discord thing the best. It's all very deja vu

No it's phpBB with a custom theme. Bit archaic but familiar.

Xenforo is one of the better modern projects. Rllmuk is Invision which costs money, I think GAF was too.

Was always surprised by how trigger happy GAF mods are. I understand some mods being uptight when there is a business and money flowing through but it seems like they were being so overzealous that it would probably end up hurting the business.

I've been banned there twice in as many months, they were all far too prickly and sensitive, there was a genuine humour vacuum there. GRcade is far more accommodating of my idiocy :lol:
