That just sounds like a really bad attempt at an English accent, as I've heard the idea several times that for some reason an English accent sounds classy - on Hell's Kitchen Ramsay's kid gets told she sounds "educated" because she has an English accent. Of course she strawberry floating does, she's the daughter of an English multimillionaire, that doesn't make her a genius.

British people generally are better educated though.

Should you be allowed to peepee in your own yard?

I own a house. Surrounding that house, is a decent size lawn. On occasion I’ll sneak a pee in in the backyard, but I’m often warned that if caught, I could be arrested and put on a list. Is that true? I’m a little afraid to Google it. My dogs use my yard. my neighbors pets use my yard… I’m paying for the damn thing and I should be able to pee all over it if I so choose.

The only scenario I can think of would be if you get home a bit pissed up and get front door bladder where you really really need to pee to the point it is preventing you getting the key in the door and it is a matter of pee in the garden or piss yourself.

Actually when I was a kid I got home and realized I had forgotten my keys and was busting for a piss, so ended up climbing over my fence to have a slash in my back garden.

What if hypothetically you're round your friends house drinking and playing games in the early hours of the morning, but can't go upstairs to the bathroom because their parent and/or a baby are sleeping up there. Then it'd be fine right?

It's not a massive problem as it;ll be washed away by the next rain although I wouldn't make a habit of it.

I can't imagine that having your wang out in a public place would be a good idea. Even if it's your own garden.

I dunno, masturbating in library's was in vogue a few years ago (maybe still is). There was some woman in Canada that got caught and arrested for it though.
