He's strawberry floating it up. (I'm not a nutrionist but have looked into Ketogenic diets - and followed one!)

If you're doing a Very Low Calorie diet to lose wait, I think you need to cut the carbs entirely so you enter Ketosis. That's when you burn fat. If he's having a sandwich everyday he's still eating carbs - enough to put his body is starve mode, rather than business as usual.

I 'd be surprised if he's lost nothing - but not surprised if he's not getting the results he expects, but he's basically going about it in the worst possible way (not changing his diet but still adding in the 5 hours would get better results) - and probably strawberry floating up all the nutritional elements too

I bet you money he's also "cheating" every now and again - and when he cheats he's bodies still in starve
mode and banks it all

Era seems to have implemented data control options (i.e. how your data is collected and used) and it is absolutely horrendous... by far the worst setup that I've experienced on a website. To turn off the data collection, you have to manually change a switch for every company they use... and there are hundreds. Literally.

Can't be arsed to do that so have just removed their web address from my bookmarks list.

This breaks EU law. Someone could report them for breaching GDPR. Any advertising cookies like that HAVE to be opt-in not opt-out by EU law now.

You can disable all of them at once by clicking "Allow All" and then clicking it again.

Is there any link to show the options again?

Edit: apparently no, it's a case of deleting cookies.

I would've preferred to see them break away from this ad bullshittery when Era launched, and try the more transparent Patreon route or something, but I suppose the owners were more interested in quietly profiting off the community.
