Post"Power Up!" N64 or Gamecube game voice snippet?...

Hey there, I've got a voice stuck in my head of a games character, kinda high pitched like maybe Toad of the Mario games, exclaiming "Power Up!" and I can't for the life of me remember which game it's from. I'm guessing it must be some N64 or Gamecube game, maybe like Mario Kart Double Dash or something. Any ideas?! Thanks

Yeah it's DKR. It's what TT says when you get a second weapon of the same type, thus "powering up" the first weapon. Next!
