Like you would have gotten out and helped if you saw someone with a knife that would make Crocodile Dundee gasp.
He's sitting in a car pointing straight at the bloke.
And is blocked in by the victim's car. The Polo's door is literally up against the front wing, so even if the person fliming had floored it, all that would be achieved is a lot of noise and tyre smoke, and not a lot of movement. Not everything is like the movies.

If only cars could move in a direction other than forward. Hopefully I'll never have to know but I'd like to think I wouldn't let someone potentially get stabbed to death in front of me, especially by a strawberry floating a cyclist.

I cant decide if youre being funny or genuinely think this is a good idea.
The point was specifically made about the person being in a car and being able to use it to help the man being attacked. It might not be the best idea but like I said I'd like to think I'd help someone not get stabbed to death.
I think there's more to the video than it first appears, rather than a road rage incident.
The knife should be an automatic 5 years, but I bet they know each other somehow (gang related, prior altercation). Right at the end his mates rock up on bicycles.
If that's where I think it is though (heading to Mayday hospital?), that long stretch of road has always had a horrendously foreboding and grimy atmosphere, going back to the days the 109 bus took you all the way to London Bridge.
