Bethesda - 6/10 Better than EA but still somewhat lacking.
MS - 9/10 They went missing somewhere in the middle but showed enough that I didn't really care. Properly new hardware next year, plenty of exclusive games, free stuff announced. What's not to love.

Microsoft 8/10. Sleek console revision, lovely custom controllers, good range of games (Forza Horizon 3 being my personal fave) and the Megaton of Scorpio. Great show.

I'll say 7/10 for MS. Sea of Thieves was the only game that showed really well for me but everything else had a decent standard. Forza, Gears, Scalebound etc. Scorpio announcement at the end was just a bit ehh? What's the best thing to do, get a high end PC, just settle for the S or wait till next year for the Scorpio.

I wanted a conference to make me buy an XBone this just delayed my decision further.

EA 1/10 - Nothing at all of interest to me.
MS 4/10 - For some reason I was expecting 1 or 2 new games that are more my sort of thing but instead it was just more of the same Gears/Forza/Halo. The new hardware was good but the games still don't do it for me.

Do we get to give separate ratings for the MS conference depending on if you own a PC or an Xboxone?

6/10 for Microsoft. That was how they should have launched the X1 originally.

PC 10/10

Games all the way through and ends with Warren Spectre being a total boss and basically admitting Deus Ex Invisible War and the terrible Thief game were bad because they were pushed as console games haha.

MS 8/10, too many games shown that aren't out this year. Excited for Scorpio though, it's gonna be a beast.

Ubi gets a solid 8/10

Yes it did slow down in many parts but they brought actual games, something EA could learn from. There were some I had no interest in but they did have the odd surprise.

Ubisoft 7/10 Decent enough show. Some good games and new IP but with lot's of cringy humour, scripted 'banter' and general "Frenchness".

Sony need to sell me on VR because Ubisoft certainly aren't.

Ubisoft - 7/10

Started off great but it ran way long and the second half didn't have the same kind of appeal for me. For Honor didn't have as great a showing as last year and it's a long way off which is a shame. Wildlands looked surprisingly good to me.

Microsoft 7/10
Ubisoft 8/10

Ubisoft have nailed the format over the past few years. Love Aisha Tyler hosting and always look forward to their conferences more than anyone else's now.

Sony 10/10. Just....wow. Great game after great game then Final Fantasy XV then some more great games and some ok looking ones. Nobody onstage talking gooseberry fool, no scripted nonsense, just footage of games from start to finish. Almost a perfect conference if it weren't for the Crash Bandicoot gooseberry fool.

Sony get a 9/10 from me.

VR stuff and Last Guardian date, pretty much guarantee a good show.

Sony - 10

Unprecedented. Everything building up to Resi 7 VR was perfection, not even a microscopic misstep, just perfection. After that it still kept delivering punches, COD looked amazing, strawberry floating COD when has that ever happened. New Kojima game was very intriguing, Spider-Man looked great. Days Gone looks brilliant, felt the zombie hoarde at the end was a bit off but everything else about it was immense. All these brilliant announcements and they didn't talk your ear off either, under 90 minutes for all that is incredible.

I honestly really wanted to play every single game they showed anything of, that is unheard of, nothing comes close.

Best press conference ever.
