When I go to this restaurant called Le Bistro Pierre in Leamington Spa, they have these little red sausages, which are insanely good. I don't know what they are though, I'm going to ring them up tomorrow to find out.

Never mind, they are mini chorizo sausages roasted in honey. Unbelievable.

Sainsbury's Porkinsons.

The box for them looks like something from an old 50's resturaunt, but by god are they nice.

Great restaurant. I've been there quite a few times (and walk past it most days).

You cant beat a good quality sausage, i am a fan of Cumberland, but it would have to be a finest variety or from a butchers, its the only meat i get a bit anal about, it just has to be made just right, none of this rusk or ash or even cow eyelids that you get in the cheap stuff.

but saying that i would buy up all the "wallbangers" if they ever came back out!
