I wonder if there's some sort of Director mode in this game? Having the ability to explore with no consequence as any of the random NPCs is a fun thing to do.

Director mode: all NPC animations now loop for 14 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2 discs is great if it means the whole game is actually installable off disc, no download required

Please enjoy 88gb install and 47gb day one patch, with once a week 8gb multiplayer patches (even if you don't play it).

Or one disc could be single player, the other could be the multiplayer component which would be much better.

Oh yeah there will be a huge day one patch I'm sure

But at least you'll be able to install and play the bugged out version without the internet

Rumour has it that the game may arrive on two discs; at least according to this shot of the PS4 packaging for Japan. I wonder if this approach will be taken across all regions?

Have you guys heard that the game might be on 2 discs? I've seen a picture that possibly confirms it but can't share it for secrecy and magic reasons.

It'll be the same size as a resident evil game then. 6 hours.
