masks/bandanas just mean if a witness sees you they cant identify you to the law - you still get a bounty but you wont be recognised.
if you get seen in the act by the law they see through the disguise - no it makes no sense but there you go

So basically it's entirely pointless then :fp:

Not quite - witnesses will report a man in a bandana as opposed to Arthur Morgan.

I’m really tempted to replay this from the start. But I’m not sure I can go back to starting again

Jesus the amount of slow walk padding bullshit in this as the game goes on is ridiculous.

I'm at the start of Chapter 5 and there's at least 2-3 hours of the game that could have been replaced with a total of 10 minutes of cutscenes at most.

This game really is beautiful. Just broke Micah out of jail :x and the thunder and lightening as you escape is still marvellous in 2022.

I also sat and enjoyed the party (Arthur even did a little singing) when I went back to camp for rescuing
Kieran and the interactions are all just brilliant. Woke up the next morning to beautiful sunshine, a rough head and a lovely ride along the river.

I know the game has it frustrations, particularly playing back over it - walk to A, wait for B to finish talking - just like GTA.. but it’s damn magic when it works

It's an incredible game. The most immersive thing I have played outside of VR.

Strong rumours abound that this game won’t be getting a current-gen tune up, as Rockstar abandon Red Dead Online - as well as remasters of GTA IV and the first Red Dead Redemption - to focus solely on GTA VI.

Doesn't even need a current-gen facelift, it's still an absolutely gorgeous game :datass:

Finally started playing through this, it's funny to read such a huge diversity of opinion in the thread.

Think I'm about halfway through chapter 2 and absolutely loving it. It's such an incredibly built world. Love just roaming the plains on my beautiful white horse.

Absolutely loved my first play through and just messing around at the end. Feel I exhausted that a bit so tried earlier this year to play a new game.

It’s aged (which sounds ridiculous but it’s strange), and I found some parts a slog, the game is ridiculously big but still fun. But the first time you play it is the best

If only Rockstar weren't weird bastards about next gen upgrades. Pretty sure this would get FPS boost if Rockstar let MS do it, usually companies don't when they gonna do it themselves but nope...

I have been replaying this game too, loving it and recently made it to the Mayors party.

Still looks fantastic and could be a PS5 game.

PLAY | Persona 3 Reloaded [3h]
WATCH | HiJack S1, Red Dwarf S7, Dexter S2
