GTA V sold loads on PC, Steamspy shows it is at 5.5 Million. Also bear in mind anywhere else that sold it did not have a Steamkey just a Rockstar Social key, so it undoubtably sold quite a bit more. On top of that the price has not really dropped much in any of the sales.

The GTAV delay had a lot to do with the next gen consoles, not just the PC version, and that was clearly a double dip ploy. They didnt want talk of a next gen version taking sales from the PS3/360, so utterly shocked they have not gone to PC again

Maybe the statistics from the multiplayer character carryover showed that a whole load of people invested in both the console and PC versions so they're doing it again because people complain but they don't learn

Might have to dig out my PS3 copy of the original soon I think.

That and rewatch Leone's Dollars Trilogy.

Red Dead Resurgence - A massively disappointing sequel written by Roland Emmerich.

Yeah, this. Surely they could think of another word beginning with R? Revolver, Redemption, Redemption 2? :dread:

Redemption Harder

I suspect the explanation is simple. Rockstar are trying to build a franchise with a strong brand so it makes sense to keep the same name. GTA VI might be a boring title, but gamers know exactly what it means.

The 2017 release date is interesting because it means we likely won't see another Rockstar game, such as Bully 2, until Autumn 2018 at the earliest. So GTA VI is a minimum of two years away.

Red 5 Dead Redemption - Set in a galaxy far, far away. A foppishly haired young layabout is cruelly cut down in his prime after crashing his x-wing into the side of the hanger (it being the first time he's ever flown one). Brought back to life by an ageing thespian who can't come to terms with the fact he's sunk so low, he tries to redeem himself by not crashing within 30 seconds of take off.
